First off, I made a mistake on the review sheet problem #13 step f). Instead of 4 and 6, the correct answers are 12 and -2. My bad...
Secondly, a few of you have been asking about what you can do to study for the test. I think what you are asking is: I am going to do all the problems on the review sheet. But what MORE? So here's my advice:
1. It's almost mini-course, and we are all a bit tired and stressed while anticipating a week of blast and fun with friends... So in this case, it's almost like "Less is More". Please do not open your textbook and select a random problem from a section that you THINK might appear on the test. You probably have realized that this book covers more materials than our class, and a random problem from the book may get you more freaked out than the practice you need.
2. That said, here are the things you can use your book for.
- In the appendix section, there are some FACTORING practice. So if you go to Page A32, you can pick any of the factoring problems. Do a few, and check your answers in the back.
- Here are a few problems from the Review Exercises in the book: p. 208, Ex. 13, 19, 49, 61, 91, 127, 139
May the force be with you...
